Ergonomics
Ergonomics is the science of studying how people interact with their working environments. Ergonomics include lifting items, repetitive movements, other body mechanics or even long periods of immobility. Possible injuries that can occur include sprains, strains, slips, trips, falls, vibration effects and more. Check out the video below to see how a back injury changed one farmer’s life.
